3.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your betum account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. betum may require you to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate.
3.5 Account for Personal Use Only. Your betum account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. You may not transfer your account, account balance, or any rights associated with your account to any third party.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betum account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.

4.3 betum will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. 4.4 betum employs 256-bit SSL encryption and additional security measures to protect your account and personal data. However, you acknowledge that no security system is completely impenetrable and that betum cannot guarantee the absolute security of your account against all possible threats.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. betum accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). betum does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your name.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on betum is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. betum reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes for standard amounts. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one to three business days. betum reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. betum may require that a minimum deposit amount has been wagered at least once before a withdrawal of that deposit is permitted. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 6.
5.5 Fees. betum does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges, for which betum accepts no responsibility.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. betum is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. betum reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
6.1 betum offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. betum reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where betum has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players in connection with a promotion.
6.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. betum reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
6.5 betum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
7.1 All games available on the betum platform – including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games – are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
7.2 betum's slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generators that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. betum's live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers using verified equipment under controlled conditions.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game, betum reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. betum's decision in such circumstances is final.
7.4 betum reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, or any other circumstance that has resulted in an incorrect outcome being displayed or paid.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betum platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 betum's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betum account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 betum does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betum will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of service.
10.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. betum accepts no responsibility for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the platform. You participate in all games and betting activities entirely at your own risk.

12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, betum reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including real money funds and bonus funds, where such termination results from a breach of these Terms by you.
12.3 You may close your betum account at any time by contacting betum support. Upon closure of your account at your request, any remaining real money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.
12.4 betum reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before releasing any funds upon account closure, regardless of the reason for closure.
13.1 betum reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
